Senior Luxury DRP Demand Planner

J oin COTY and the the Planning HUB at Granollers Our DRP Demand Planning team is looking for a Senior Planner.

MISSION AND RESPONSABILITIES

It is expected for this planner to handle at least one full factory including the daily DDS cycles, risk management (GRUT), arbitrage and allocation with LCM when in shortage and approve/reject Goals.

Be a true steward of the Lux Service results by becoming a key link between the factory world and market side of the business
Passionate to stablish a win-win collaborative relation with the Factory Planning team. Become a strategical partner that provides analytical + market intelligence to support prioritization decisions to the Factory planning team.
Lead Risk management process with factories planning team.
Take a central role on the RCA process for service improvement period after period with the clear mindset to achieve and over deliver Service and Inventory targets
Own and improve at least one process of DRP Factory

THE IDEAL FIT
At least 1 year of experience within the hub and relevant experience for the role
Feels Accountable and owner - personal drive to implement changes and challenge the current process and system to deliver results
Communication skills (written and verbal) are required in the role to maintain effective relationships with the Factory planning team + cross organizations at planning hub level
Analytical skills > Excel - SAP - JDA skills
Priority setting and organization skills
Motivated and with a "can do" attitude
Pro-active attitude
