- Material planning (raw material and packaging): responsible for ensuring service and inventory levels for a range of global and local suppliers.
- Material Supply Management: cultivating relationships and spearheading agility projects with suppliers.
- Production planning: accountable for service and inventory levels for specific manufacturing lines, as well as capacity optimization.
- Sub-contractor planning: ensuring service and inventory levels for items outsourced to external manufacturers.
- Distribution planning: managing risks (such as stockouts); acting as the liaison for markets; ensuring the right product quantities reach the right places at the right times.
- Category Supply Planning: conducting in-depth data analysis to inform decision-making; leading critical processes to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Own and lead Supply Chain processes globally
- Analyze supply chain data to drive business decisions
- Drive improvements in complex processes and operations
- Contribute to projects related to products, portfolio, or sourcing changes
- Set an example for the team, build capabilities in others, and provide coaching
- Hold a Master's Degree (preference for Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business)
- Have prior Supply Chain experience
- Are fluent in English (our working language)
- Possess advanced Excel skills (proficient in managing large databases and intricate formulas)
- Have a good command of SAP
- Are proactive, curious, and dedicated to exceeding expectations
- Operate with discipline, excel under pressure, and maintain excellent organizational skills
- Excel in communication and teamwork

We are seeking seasoned Supply Chain Experts to join the Global Planning HUB, currently based in Barcelona. The Planning Hub focuses on Luxury and Consumer Beauty products, overseeing all aspects of the end-to-end supply cycle.
