Únete a nosotros en la búsqueda de soluciones para lograr un futuro sostenible.ACCIONA en su negocio de Concesiones precisa incorporar en la Oficina Técnica, concretamente en el departamento de Operación y Mantenimiento, una persona para trabajar en las ofertas de proyectos nacionales e internacionales vinculados al sector de las infraestructuras bajo regímenes público-privados (PPP).

    Descripción del puestoImplement the parts of the project assigned within his/her unit/department, in accordance with the procedures, in order to ensure lead times are met and that the required resources (human and material) are coordinated, helping to bring significant improvements to the project. Responsible for studying and establishing the management and technical and financial control procedures for the concession's operations. They participate in all preservation, maintenance and restoration activities for the infrastructures associated with the concession. They help Bid Managers and the rest of the team to determine the final bid results. Responsible for establishing the O&M structure, the structure of the concessionaire and its action plan within the first 100 days of activity.

    Requisitos del candidato

    Misión: Apoyo en el equipo de Operación y Mantenimiento para las licitaciones de infraestructuras civiles de concesiones globales.

    Funciones:

    Estudio y análisis de pliegos de oferta

    Elaboración de documentación técnica con relación a la Operación y Mantenimiento a presentar en las ofertas

    Elaboración de presupuestos de operación, mantenimiento y rehabilitaciones en las licitaciones de concesiones

    Negociación con proveedores

    Reunión con cliente/proveedor

    Coordinar las peticiones de ofertas con las partes implicadas

    Integrar y organizar la documentación recibida de las ofertas

    Desarrollo de la documentación recibida de las ofertas

    Requisitos:

    Ingeniería de Caminos, Canales y Puertos o similar

    Experiencia demostrada (al menos 3 años) en mantenimiento de carreteras

    Trabajo en diferentes entornos geográficos y culturales

    Buena comunicación interpersonal y trabajo en equipo

    Disponibilidad para viajar internacionalmente y trabajar en diferentes ubicaciones según las necesidades del negocio

    Nivel de inglés alto, C1
