    Job Description

    As a Document Controller, your main responsibility will be managing and organizing project documentation to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with company regulations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain a document control system for the project, ensuring organization and accessibility
    • Create, review, and distribute project documentation such as drawings and contracts
    • Track and manage all project documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance
    • Coordinate with the project team for timely document submission and processing
    • Provide training on document control procedures to the project team
    • Perform quality checks on project documents for accuracy
    • Prepare regular reports on document control activities

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in document control for construction projects
    • Strong knowledge of document control procedures
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
    • Strong communication skills, verbal and written
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management software
    • Business-level proficiency in English and Spanish
