Your mission at Grover:

We are searching for a

mid to senior level Paid Search Manager to join the

Growth Marketing Team, remotely from Barcelona or Madrid, where your primary goal will be to scale and take our Paid Search efforts to the next level. As a Paid Search Specialist at Grover, you will be able to steer and optimise our campaigns and scale our digital footprint across all of our markets. You will have complete autonomy to do what is right for the business, and we will empower you to drive our business in innovative ways.


As a (Sr.)

Paid Search Manager, you will:


  • Take responsibility for the management and execution of marketing campaigns across funnel for Google Search, Google Display, Youtube, Bing
  • Manage and optimize campaigns for acquisition, activation, and retention (across web and app) and optimise towards defined KPIs
  • Test, experiment, analyse results, identify actionable opportunities (targeting, bid optimisation, ad testing, keyword research etc.) to improve performance and scale
  • Build account and campaign automation using scripts and set up weekly & monthly reports in Data Studio
  • Liaise with 3rd party partners like product feed management tools and other marketing platforms to build scalable promotions
  • Communicate regularly with account teams from Google to ensure our marketing goals are met and stay updated about innovative features like automation scripts, feed improvement, audience & targeting
  • Understand the customer journey from first impressions to order confirmation and will look to optimise conversion rates across the funnel
  • Work as part of a multifunctional team alongside brand, category, product and BI teams to constantly iterate and improve your campaigns

We are looking for a passionate Sr


Paid Search Manager, with:


  • 36 years of expereince in performance marketing with a focus on Google Search, Google Display, YouTube
  • Experience working with and optimising campaigns on the web as well as experience with app install and app event optimization campaigns
  • A tested variety of ad formats (Responsive ads, Expanded text ads, HTML5 ads) and experience with creating and scaling campaigns in either consumer subscriptions or eCommerce industries
  • High analytical skills and attention to detail (knowledge of Excel, Tableau, SQL is ideal)
  • Experience in any other channel is also a plus as well as B2B and B2C is also a plus, we like rounded profiles that can growth within the company
  • Experience with DV360 and SA360 will be a plus
  • Knowledge on how to plan, set up and complete significant A/B tests with clear applicable results
  • Interest in staying up to date with the latest in the world of performance marketing and looking to implement new things in your work
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and balance between getting stuff done and making things great
  • Great communication skills and positive attitude towards problem solving
  • Fluency in English (any other language will be a plus)
