- Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in meal preparation at the team's Barcelona base.
- Maintaining high hygiene and professional standards in the Kitchen Team to ensure a productive and safe kitchen environment.
- Organizing the cooking and eating environment at the team base.
- Providing high quality and timely meals efficiently.
- Adapting to changing nutritional requirements of sailors and athletes.
- Keeping food and hygiene records up to date daily.
- Preparing nutritional shakes and juices as directed by the nutritionist/performance coach(es) and Head Chef.
- Preparing breakfast, lunch, and dinner for team members and sailors.
- Providing on the water meals and nutritional snacks for the sailing team.
- Maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen and eating area constantly.
- Assisting in ordering food, kitchen products, and ingredients.
- Permanent contract.
- 40h/week, variable shift schedule.
- Gross Salary per year: EUR 35000.
- Prior experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment or similar.
- Strong understanding of hygiene requirements in a professional kitchen setting.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Adaptable and effective problem-solving skills.
- Experience working as part of a team.
- Fluency in English.
- Flexibility with working hours to align with the sailing schedule.
- Availability to work daily at the team's Barcelona base.
