We are looking for a
Field Service Engineer in
Spain, responsible for providing field service support in the North of the Country.
In this role you will:
- Handle installations and customer training.
- Perform routine standard procedures to isolate and fix problems in malfunctioning equipment or software
- Provide support on company product instrumentation.
- Work closely with the Technical support team to address customer complaints to resolve corrective action and customer followup
- Document and report the company's product "design reliability" and "maintenance issues" and/or problems to technical support.
Key requirements:
- Technical High School with 24 years of related work experience OR Technical-Scientific degree (Mechanical, Software, Electronics, Biomedical...) with 12 years of work experience
- Proficient in Spanish and English is required. Portuguese or Catalan would be a plus
- Willing to travel frequently on the region, but also in all Spain or Portugal if needed
It would be a plus if you:
- Have previous experience in a hospital environment
- Have Excellent time management skills, orientation to details, precision and accountability
