We are creating a new Internal Audit function at Axpo, Switzerland largest producer of renewable energy.

In your role as an Internal Audit Manager with specialization in IT & Digital Risks, you will ensure that Axpo has the right assurance over digital risks across the Group.

What you will do:

Manage the endtoend audit engagement, risk assessment, planning, audit techniques, timelines, stakeholder management and quality of results
Report to the team on the progress of the audits and ongoing results with transparency, fluent communication, and clarity
Influence the business by agreeing on corrective actions and delivering a clear, concise and insightful audit reports. Bring business lens to identified control gaps to find the most suitable mitigating actions
Develop own knowledge and business awareness, building business relationships with multiple stakeholders across the Axpo Group
Protect the company value and create sustainable improvement through the audit work
Bring quality insights over the company's governance and control framework to support the Boards decision making
Development of internal audit methodologies by using the data along the audit value chain, from risk assessment to audit execution and risk monitoring
Influence the business by agreeing on corrective actions and delivering a clear, concise and insightful audit reports

What you bring & who you are:

You have a Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science (or equivalent studies)
Being certified as an Audit Professional or owning similar certifications eg. CISA, CFA, CRMP is an advantage
You own 6+ years of experience of IT Internal or External Audit
You have robust experiences in auditing and / or managing complex IT infrastructures in international organizations
You own strong knowledge and experiences in Data Management, Data Privacy regulations, Cyber Security Risks, Business continuity management & crisis management, IT Project development risks and Cloud technologies
You speak fluently English, other languages are welcomed
