    The Role
    You will be part of a team dedicated to supporting various aspects of post-production services for Netflix shows. This includes offline editing, dialogue recording, color grading, dailies processes, and sound support. The ideal candidate should excel in client service, adapt quickly to changes, work well under pressure, and collaborate effectively with technology teams to ensure top-notch support for filmmakers.

    Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
    • Work closely with Feature Artists and Editors.
    • Help develop tools to automate workflow tasks within the studio.
    • Provide escalation support for local and remote Editorial teams.
    • Implement and support various workflows for the pipeline.
    • Mentor and train less experienced personnel on the team.
    • Maintain Audio and Video calibration standards throughout the facility.
    • Maintain preventive maintenance schedules.
    • Escalate issues to Management, Engineering Services, and Infrastructure teams when necessary.

    Qualifications:
    • Colour science/colour management workflow expert with Display calibration (CalMan workflow) knowledge.
    • Knowledge and experience of content creation and post-production workflows.
    • Understanding of IP networking, Network storage, and Workstation architectures.
    • Proven track record of innovation, initiative, and creativity.
    • High proficiency with software applications like Black Magic Resolve, Colorfront, Baselight, Pix, Media Composer.
    • Experience with IP protocols and standards such as SMPTE 2110, AES67, and Dante.
    • Knowledge of operating systems like Windows, Mac, and Linux.
    • Experience with Crestron and Q-Sys control systems.
    • Strong communication skills to explain and promote technology effectively.
    • Ability to respond promptly for important matters.
    • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Team player comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in Spanish.
