- Asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos de producción en cuanto a plazos, especificaciones técnicas y de calidad, volumen, productividad, industrialización de nuevos proyectos..
- Liderar y motivar el equipo de todas las áreas de la planta: Calidad, Ingeniería, Producción, mantenimiento, industrialización, procesos, ingeniería... coordinando con las distintas áreas para asegurar los estándares aplicables y manteniendo los adecuados niveles de motivación y compromiso de los empleados/as.
- Resolver las incidencias, analizar las posibles desviaciones y mejorar los procesos de planta, impulsar proyectos de mejora continua .
- Medir, mejorar y gestionar los indicadores de productividad asegurando la rentabilidad de los proyectos
- Asegurar la correcta industrialización de los nuevos proyectos
- Formación en Ingeniería Técnica o Superior
- Experiencia de al menos 4 años como Director de Planta o similar, en entornos industriales
- Capacidad para liderar equipos cualificados
- Nivel muy alto de inglés
- Disponibilidad para viajar
