IPC: Join Our Team as a Service Desk Analyst in Madrid, Spain

Summary:

Are you a client service professional with a passion for excellence? If so, we are looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join our global team at IPC. As a valued member, you will provide technical support to our clients, ensuring seamless operations and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Provide first-line diagnostics and Tier 1 troubleshooting support.
Manage Incident, Change Request, and Service Request tickets.
Collaborate with global teams for efficient issue resolution.
Proactively monitor network performance and manage event notifications.
Identify areas for improvement and contribute to process enhancements.

Requirements:

Essential:

Minimum 2 years of Service Desk experience.
Cisco certification or equivalent.
Experience in fault isolation and troubleshooting.
Networking fundamentals knowledge.
Strong communication skills in English.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
Experience in financial services network environments.
Knowledge of market data products.
Ability to 'translate' technical information into business language.
Multi-lingual abilities are a plus.
