Mission and main Objectives:

Control and Monitor the performance of the AMIEO Purchasing function and provide comfort to the top management regarding the accuracy of the results reported.

Be the liaison between PURCHASE teams FINANCE teams

Main tasks and responsibilities:

Reconcile and validate the PURCHASE Cost reduction performance with FINANCE reports
Provide direction and counselling to the FINANCE teams regarding the monthly closing, in particular the provisions to be recognized for Material Economics, Supplier Claims, and Semi-conductor, inflationary related lump sum payments
Support Internal and External Audit reviews of the PURCHASE area
Report every month the PURCHASE performance to the Finance community in AMIEO and NML
Setup the controlling framework of AMIO related to the PURCHASE activity

Background and experience:

Preferably qualified to Masters level in Accounting and Finance

Languages:
Fluent Spanish, Fluent English.

Knowledge of the Purchasing area is valued
Strong cross-functional & cross-cultural communication and problem solving skills
Good team worker/ flexible working approach with ability to self-motivate.
