- Responsible for leading, developing & executing Pharma sales strategy in collaboration with external Pharma Distributor, (main contact with the external Pharma Distributor)
- Responsible for building the Budget with Pharma Distributors and establishing main KPIS:Sell tru, Sell out, Share of Market, Distribution in the 3 key type of customers...
- Manage Pharma P&L, demand, investment and other internal KPIs.
- Monitoring Company & Key Competitors Key activities in an Omni Channel market and do proper sell out analysis to bring recommendations and actions plans.
- Provide Professional and Pharma perspective: insights & innovative solutions. ¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?
A successful 'KAM - Pharma OTC' should have:
- A degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
- Experience in Key Account Management, preferably in Pharmacies.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A strong understanding of the OTC pharmaceutical market.
