:Verificar el estado de los productos, realizando un autocontrol por línea en el turno.
Verificar el estado de las máquinas que maneja el personal a cargo: funcionamiento correcto y limpieza.
Transmitir al personal la planificación y los posibles cambios efectuados sobre las mismas.
Informar y comunicar al Jefe de Producción, de cuantas anomalías puedan producirse en los puestos bajo su responsabilidad, proponiendo las medidas que puedan ser tomadas para solventar la anomalía y poniendo en marcha aquellas que el Jefe de Producción decida.
Controlar que los productos que se elaboran en cada línea son conformes en lo que respecta a su configuración: aspecto, etiquetado, fechado, temperatura...
Velar por que el clima de trabajo sea inmejorable, siendo el eje de transmisión de toda la información circulando verticalmente.
Asegurar el cumplimiento de las normas de Calidad e Higiene.
Gestión de equipo a su cargo, resolución de dudas, problemas o conflictos.
