HR Assistant

Do you have experience with HR? And looking for a part-time position? Do you want to be part of the growth
journey of an innovative and international company while helping to accelerate the world ́s green transition?

Then we might have just the right challenges for you_._

As part of our growth strategy, we are currently looking for a Human Resources Assistant located in the Bilbao
office, on a half-time basis (4h/day).

About the job

Your other assignments:

interviews.
Lead the contact with universities to manage trainee programs.
Attendance to job fairs and management of the different job seeking websites.
Conduct onboarding for new employees and manage related administrative tasks.
Assist Management on employee development programme.
Help Technical Managers on the Training Programme.
Coordinate activities with corporate office in Denmark.

About you
You are an organized and a proactive person, that can work independently, and be a self-starter.

Your education could be bachelor ́s degree or equivalent related to Human Resources or Psychology.

Ability to listen, communicate (written and verbal), and follow-up effectively.
Organized and proactive person.
Fluent in English
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
Previous experience will be valuated but is not fully required.
