- Identifying inefficient processes, proposing optimizations, and implementing improvements

The Operations & Shared Services division at SD Worx provides payroll and HR solutions to Belgian organizations, both public and private, with over 250 employees. SD Worx stands out as the market leader in this segment, offering innovative products and tailored services.
Unit:
Joining Payroll LE as a payroll consultant means being the crucial connection between our clients and their payroll and personnel administration processes. You will directly collaborate with clients' payroll managers, assisting them with payroll processing in the software and ensuring accurate calculations and post-processing.
