- Review Statement of Works before sharing with clients
- Optimize HR administrative processes for efficiency
- Liaise with customer process leads for maximum client satisfaction
- Resolve technical and functional issues
- Implement automation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage legislation changes and upskill team members
- Support Year End processes
- Identify upsell opportunities and resolve client escalations

- Expertise within the UWV, insurers, pension funds, etc.
- Application knowledge of absence systems
- Excellent communication and advisory skills
- Flexible and analytical mindset
- Hbo+ education level
- Minimum 5 years of similar role experience
- Up-to-date knowledge of relevant social insurance laws
