    Your candidacy is being reviewed for a position at a company within the Alight Inc group. Alight is in the process of divesting its Payroll & Professional Services business to HIG Capital. After the transaction, this role will be part of the new Payroll & Professional Services division under HIG Capital ('Divested Group').     Main Responsibilities Delivery Key responsibilities:
    • Support Managers with accurate and timely client engagement
    • Provide guidance for implementations and go-lives
    • Offer daily functional support for successful payroll delivery
    • Maintain Client Solution workbook
    • Update and enforce Defined Work Instructions and process documentation
    • Ensure System Maintenance Testing
    • Review Statement of Works before sharing with clients
    • Optimize HR administrative processes for efficiency
    • Liaise with customer process leads for maximum client satisfaction
    • Resolve technical and functional issues
    • Implement automation and continuous improvement initiatives
    • Manage legislation changes and upskill team members
    • Support Year End processes
    • Identify upsell opportunities and resolve client escalations
    • Develop team through coaching and training
    • Adhere to security standards and time recording procedures
    • Participate in projects and meetings
    • Key Criteria to monitor performance: Adherence to security and compliance procedures, achieving customer SLA agreements, maintaining quality standards, innovating, reducing client escalations, demonstrating professionalism

    Required Experience
    Professional /Job Experience
    • Strong knowledge of payroll inputs and outputs
    • Ability to identify and mitigate risks
    • Expertise in MS Office tools
    • Flexibility for fast-paced environments
    • Attention to detail
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Self-motivation and willingness to learn
    • Collaborative and independent work abilities
    • Business-related academic degree required
    • 3-4 years of payroll administration experience

    Desirable:

    • HRIS knowledge preferred
    • Payroll certifications a plus

    Specific:

    The AOR Benefit Services applies for Benefits at the UWV for different clients including various scenarios for benefit applications and calculations. They also handle processes related to Safety net/Sickness Benefit Act, WIA/WAO, EigenRisicoDragerschap (ERD) ZW en WGA, and other Dutch regulations for sick individuals.

    Functie eisen AOR HR Specialist (Consultant):

    • Knowledge of Dutch social insurance laws such as WIA, WAO, WAZO, Ziektewet, and Wet Verbetering Poortwachter
    • Expertise within the UWV, insurers, pension funds, etc.
    • Application knowledge of absence systems
    • Excellent communication and advisory skills
    • Flexible and analytical mindset

    Education and Experience Requirements:

    • Hbo+ education level
    • Minimum 5 years of similar role experience
    • Up-to-date knowledge of relevant social insurance laws
