We are looking for an IT Support for our team in Madrid, you will play a key role in effectively supporting our IT team, contributing to the continued success of the company.
This is a great opportunity to work with the IT and global support teams on IT projects to support our internal customers.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES· Respond quickly to support requests by email or via the ticketing system.· Diagnose and resolve end-user hardware and software problems.· Install, configure, and upgrade software applications as required.· Assist with user account management and access control.· Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate IT team for resolution.· Provide timely and effective solutions to minimize user downtime.· Document support activities and maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions.· Follow-up with users to ensure user satisfaction and problem resolution.· Database maintenance.· Maintain equipment inventory.· Configuration and troubleshooting.· Performing backups.· User configuration and data protection.· Knowledge of servers.
ACADEMIC BACKGROUNDUniversity education in an IT discipline or equivalent professional experience.LANGUAGESProficiency in English.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE2+ years of relevant full-time experience in service desk/ IT.Solid knowledge of operating systems such as Windows, Mac, or Linux.
Knowledge of networking, web technologies, cybersecurity APIs.OTHERS· Adaptability and Continuous Learning.· Ability to adapt to changing environments and emerging technologies.· Ability to learn new skills and stay updated on industry trends.
