- Dentro de la práctica de Corporate Tax Services, nuestros profesionales asesoran en los siguientes aspectos:
- Asesoramiento fiscal general, con especialidad en el Impuesto sobre Sociedades, tanto a nivel individual como consolidado.
- Asesoramiento en las consultas del día a día en relación con los distintos Impuestos (IS/IRPF/IVA/IRNR).
- Asistencia fiscal en los procesos de reestructuración societaria de grupos de sociedades, así como asesoramiento especializado en fiscalidad inmobiliaria.
- Asesoramiento relativo a inspecciones fiscales y a los procedimientos tributarios. ¿Qué necesitas saber?
- Buscamos profesionales graduados en Derecho y/o ADE o relacionados con Máster en Fiscalidad.
- Experiencia mínima de 8años en:
- Impuesto de Sociedades, tanto individual como consolidado.
- Asesoramiento de consultas de diferentes Impuestos (IS/IRPF/IVA/IRNR).
- Asesoramiento en reorganizaciones empresariales
- Asistencia en inspecciones fiscales y procedimiento tributario, entre otros.
- Gestión de equipos.
- Relación directa con el cliente.
