    Actualmente contamos con un equipo de más de 900 personas. Desarrollamos proyectos, tanto en nuestra propia Oficina Técnica como en las instalaciones de nuestros clientes, cubriendo varios sectores de la economía mundial, de la industria y las empresas de servicios.

    En nuestra unidad " Mobility & Transportation" estamos en pleno crecimiento y nos gustaría contar con un/a Account Manager, que se una a nuestro equipo con el fin de ayudar a potenciar el negocio de nuestra división.

    ¿Qué haré? Estas serán tus funciones principales:

    • Impulsarás el negocio de BETWEEN, en áreas de Ingeniería & IT dentro del sector de movilidad y transporte (automoción, e-mobility, vehículo industrial, ferroviario, carroceros y MaaS).
    • Desarrollarás nuevo negocio y captación de nuevas cuentas, según el Business Plan Definido.
    • liderarás los servicios y soluciones en la zona Norte, dentro de la BU de Mobility & Transportation.
    • Identificarás nuevas necesidades y traducirás los desafíos y objetivos comerciales de nuestro cliente en oportunidades.
    • Establecerás relaciones de largo plazo con tus partners y ayudarás a definir el Plan comercial con ellos: fidelización, apertura y mantenimiento de cuentas.
    • Acompañarás en el desarrollo del equipo de consultores/as de Ingeniería, de operaciones y de IT que forman de la BU.
    • Trabajarás con el equipo siguiendo metodologías Agile y aplicando el Plan Estratégico comercial.
    • Ser parte de un equipo joven en una comunidad techie.
    • Desarrollar tu carrera en proyectos acordes a tus objetivos e intereses profesionales.

    • Formación con titulaciones en Ingeniería, ámbito tecnológico o carreras afines al área de negocio.
    • Mínimo dos años de experiencia en el área de negocio, valorable experiencia comercial en servicios (IT/Ingeniería/Outsourcing).
    • Muy valorable experiencia en sector automoción, sector ferroviario, transporte, vehículos eléctricos, MaaS o en servicios industriales.
    • Vehículo propio o posibilidad de disponer de ello.
    • Orientado/a a objetivos, al cliente y con vocación comercial.
    • De carácter emprendedor e innovador, con autonomía.
    • Con gran capacidad comunicativa y de escucha.
    • Interés por el trabajo en equipo.
    • Con deseos de asumir nuevos retos y desarrollar su carrera profesional en el ámbito de la movilidad.
    Información de salario: 30000/36000€ Bruto/año
