    como Business Developper - Service Delivery Manager.

    Somos un equipo multidisciplinar con una sólida experiencia en la identificación, preparación e implementación de proyectos de consultoría tecnológica para organizaciones internacionales, principalmente las agencias de la Unión Europea.     ¿QUÉ HARÁS EN TU DÍA A DÍA?

  • Investigarás sobre oportunidades de negocio en las instituciones europeas para el sector TIC
  • Identificarás y liderarás la relación con potenciales socios de consorcio para ampliar nuestra capacidad
  • Apoyarás en la preparación de ofertas y propuestas comerciales para instituciones europeas
  • Contribuirás a la ejecución de proyectos en curso y en el "service delivery", identificando y anticipando las necesidades del cliente
  • Te encargarás de la coordinación de la respuesta al cliente con los otros socios del consorcio
  • Coordinarás las unidades internas que prestan servicio al cliente para adecuar la respuesta ofertada
  • Serás responsable de asegurar la calidad del servicio dado
  • Prepararás y supervisarás los datos seguimiento sobre el servicio

    • ¿QUÉ ESPERAMOS DE TI?

  • Formación en Administración de Empresas, Comercio Internacional, Ciencias Políticas o Sociales, Economía, etc. O con experiencia en el funcionamiento de las organizaciones internacionales y la contratación pública.
  • Necesario Inglés: Avanzado
  • Deseable Francés: Intermedio
  • Experiencia trabajando en entornos multiculturales y en remoto
  • Disponibilidad para viajar a las oficinas de cliente (distintas localizaciones en Europa) y a sedes de Seidor en España.
  • Conocimiento de los procesos y actores de contratación de servicios TIC por parte de las instituciones internacionales (instituciones europeas, ONU, OTAN...) será un plus.
  • Experiencia o conocimientos con el sector tecnológico, y capaz de interlocutar con cliente sobre temas técnicos a alto nivel
  • Persona dinámica y resolutiva con capacidad organizativa de su trabajo y el de los equipos
