Responsibilities:

Branding & Positioning: Develop and consistently implement Entravision's branding across all available media online, offline, and physical or virtual events.
Sales Marketing Materials: Create effective sales materials to attract new customers to the company, including sales decks, case studies, onesheets, among others. Provide support to the sales team in preparation for events and initiatives aimed at attracting leads.
Events: Organize initiatives carried out by the department, including inhouse events with clients, prospects, and partners, as well as sponsoring industry events.
Internal Communication: Collaborate with the HR team on initiatives, internal communication, and brand identity to enhance culture and motivation.
Research: Conduct ROI and KPI analysis of the initiatives carried out by the department, focusing on events and initiatives that bring new clients to the company.
Reporting and budgeting: Implement KPI dashboard monitoring systems. Participate in monthly expense monitoring in collaboration with the finance team.
Other tasks: Collaborate on assigned tasks by the Manager to contribute to team outcomes.

Monthly reporting: Social media KPIs (engagement), goals achieved, events ROI.
Inbound actions: Lead generation (# of leads).
Key markets insights: Deliver the right messages that engage with the target audience.
Partnerships & Subscriptions: Follow up to ensure we are capturing all available opportunities.
Learning: Learn to use the company's key tools.
Crossteam relationships: Contribute to building solid working relationships with other teams we collaborate with.
