Are you passionate about human resources and ready to take on a new challenge? We are currently seeking a
Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our dynamic team in Barcelona.

As an HRBP, you will play a crucial role in supporting our company's HR activities, ensuring a positive employee experience and compliance with labor laws.

This position is in a hybrid format, combining both remote and on-site work.


What You'll Bring:

Recruitment Expertise: With at least 2 years of experience in recruitment and selection, you'll be adept at finding the right talent for our team.

Legal Know-How: Familiarity with Spanish labor law is essential, and knowledge of other European countries' labor laws is a plus.

People Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a professional demeanor are key.

Tech Savviness: Proficiency in Office tools, presentations, and other HR software is a must.

Tech Industry Experience: Previous work in technology companies will give you an edge.

Fluent English: Communication is key, so fluency in English is a non-negotiable requirement.


Your Role as an HRBP:

Guidance and Support: Partner with managers and employees, providing expert advice on HR matters.

Policy Implementation: Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

Performance Management: Conduct performance appraisals, feedback sessions, and career development plans.

Conflict Resolution: Address employee issues and grievances promptly and effectively.

Learning and Development: Organize training programs to enhance employee skills.

Compliance: Ensure adherence to local and international labor laws and regulations.

Data-Driven Insights: Analyze HR metrics and provide valuable insights.

Project Participation: Engage in HR initiatives and projects.
