- UX/UI: Mantener actualizada la experiencia de usuario (UX) y la interfaz de usuario (UI) tanto del Learning Management System (LMS) como del sitio web de ALE. Esto implica aspectos como navegabilidad, usabilidad y diseño visual para garantizar una experiencia de usuario óptima.
- Edición y de contenido: Revisar y mejorar los primeros borradores de guiones, materiales educativos y otros recursos multimedia para las rutas formativas de ALE, en colaboración con los creadores de contenido. Asegurarse que el contenido cumpla con los estándares de calidad de ALE y su experiencia de aprendizaje.
- Diseño de materiales: Crear diversos documentos y materiales didácticos utilizando plantillas maestras previamente establecidas. Esto incluye la creación de presentaciones, lecturas, worksheets y otros materiales que se tendrán que subir a la plataforma.
- : Redactar contenido persuasivo y atractivo para diversas comunicaciones relacionadas con ALE (ie, correos electrónicos, mensajes de recordatorio a usuarios, preguntas frecuentes (FAQs) y otros contenidos escritos destinados a informar y motivar el público de ALE.
- Estrategia : Desarrollar un plan de nuevas rutas formativas en colaboración con fellows y otras oficinas de Ashoka, así como diseñar un método escalable y replicable para la expansión de ALE. ¿QUÉ PERFIL BUSCAMOS? HARD SKILLS – Lo que necesitamos

- Capacidad para trabajar de manera autónoma, gestionar múltiples tareas y cumplir con plazos.
