- Develop and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns that deliver a scalable flow of MQLs, conversion, and demand. This includes nurture campaigns that help us increase engagement, and ultimately, identify hand-raisers.
- Utilize a multi-channel approach focusing on web, email, ads, content syndication, media buys, and webinars that align with business objectives, our target audience, and funnel stages.
- Create campaign briefs and ensure all stakeholders understand the timelines and expected outcomes.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Events, Brand, and Sales to ensure campaigns are aligned with their goals while sharing insights for process improvements, content, and lead generation.
- Manage and nurture agency relations to strategically execute and optimize marketing campaigns and budgets.
- Partner with Marketing operations to ensure efficient lead hand-off practices and accurate tracking and reporting.
- Share marketing activity reports and communicate campaign results, including learnings and insights, to Enterprise Marketing Leadership and the broader team.
- Work alongside the Demand Generation Lead to manage campaign budgets, determine ROI, and adjust the allocation of spend based on performance.
- Leadership and support of Campaign Specialist including identifying channel split ownership between both of your roles.
- Stay up-to-date with industry and marketing trends, campaign tools, and demand generation best practices.
- 5+ of experience in demand generation or campaign management with a track record of developing, executing, and optimizing end-to-end campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of demand generation, lead nurturing, and multi-channel marketing strategies to maximize impact.
- Experience in managing agency relations, budgets, and campaign reporting.
- Strong analytics and data-driven decision-making skills focused on driving quality leads (MQLs) and conversion through the funnel.
- Proficient in Marketing tools such as Pardot, ON24, SFDC, LinkedIn Campaigns, Google Ads Manager, etc., with the ability to identify gaps in our MarTech stack for campaign optimization.
- Demonstrable experience in working with sales to set and measure campaign goals, objectives, and impact.
- Excellent project management skills, able to juggle multiple priorities, and work cross-functionally with various stakeholders
- Ability to find creative solutions to challenging problems in high-pressure situations while still paying attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with excellent spoken and written English.
- Naturally action-oriented, self-directed, and comfortable working agilely
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and understands the value of working quickly and iteratively.
