Job duties and Responsibilities:

Integration Model Ownership:

Serve as the product owner for the integration model between the digital wallet and the core system (SaaS).
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including engineering, sales, and business development, to define integration requirements and APIs.
Develop and maintain a roadmap for the core integration, considering business objectives, industry standards, and user experience.
Continuously evaluate and enhance the integration model, incorporating feedback from third parties, users, and stakeholders.

API and Web Responsive Solutions:

Define and prioritize API requirements and specifications for seamless integration between the front endmiddleware layer and the core system.
Collaborate with engineering teams to develop robust and secure APIs that meet industry standards and enable smooth transaction processing.
Ensure the wallet's are optimized for seamless payment experiences across various devices and platforms.
Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices related to payment integrations, APIs, and web responsiveness.

Payment Experience Enhancement:

Continuously analyze the wallet experience for users and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with the user experience (UX) and design teams to enhance the processes, flows, and optimize user interfaces for a frictionless digital wallet experience.
Gather user feedback, conduct user testing, and monitor industry benchmarks to inform iterative improvements in functionalities and user experience.

Experience and Qualifications:

Proven experience as a senior Product Manager or similar role, preferably in the payments/Banking industry with exposure to core system integrations and APIs.
Strong understanding of payments and/or financial industry, and API integration models.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex scenarios and make datadriven decisions.
Experience working in agile methodologies and crossfunctional product development teams.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively engage with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to payments and data security
Passion for innovation, staying uptodate with industry trends, and driving product excellence.
