PayRetailers is a payment gateway designed to handle mass online payments to the Latin American market.

The company combines local markets expertise with payment technology enabling global merchants to successfully expand their business into high growth, emerging markets while eliminating the many operational complexities of managing cross-border payments.

We are looking for a
Lead Partnership Manager to be based in Spain.

In this position you will work closely to the sales, account management, marketing and operations team to develop and grow our partner portfolio as well as collaborate with our Product Team to improve our product portfolio and value proposal.


Job Duties And Responsibilities:


  • Set Up partnership practice (partnership plan) to enable diversify direct and indirect revenue stream
  • Act as a Sales Enabler to feed our Sales team with leads
  • Boost commercial activity by driving partnerlinked merchant revenue
  • Drive the partnership model, working with the Head of Sales and Partnership to build out this function even further
  • Help devise partner strategy model and overall objectives for our partners
  • Train, Mentor and Educate the partners
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Work closely with Marketing to document and maintain materials for partners
  • Develop the ideal Partner journey and build collateral and training content to fuel each phase, from Onboarding to Activation/Education, and Profitability/Expansion
  • Create and manage documentation to support Partner Managers and other internal teams on correct, uptodate processes for working with Partners
  • Willigness to grow the practice with a global footprint.

Experience and Qualifications:


  • Business Administration or Marketing degrees.
  • 10+ years of proven work experience in the Payment industry (Cards required)
  • Result oriented and Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Business acumen with a problemsolving attitude.
  • Detailoriented and able to prioritize.
  • Selfstarter and able to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Fluent in English written and spoken.
