ESSP, a company owned by 7 major European Air Navigation Service Providers, is responsible for managing and promoting the European Satellite Based Augmentation System known as EGNOS.
Looking for a Customer Interface Engineer - (F/M). If you have 3 years of experience in the GNSS sector and customer interface and service level agreement fields, along with effective communication skills, then this role is for you.
As part of the team, you will be involved in managing Customer Service Level Agreements (SLA) and related Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) reporting and meetings. Your responsibilities will include organizing the annual EGNOS Workshop, overseeing technical activities related to EDAS, CNS NOTAM proposals, and MSI services delivery.
Your main responsibilities/activities will involve:
- Maintenance & improvement of KPI Monitoring Plan (reporting and analysis) including SLA,
- Preparation of reports for the customer regarding Service Provision Management,
- Participation in Service Provision Management Meetings,
- Coordinating with the Communication team for the EGNOS workshop/EU Space Week with users,
- Supporting the Customer and Data Services Team in EDAS, CNS NOTAM proposals, MSI related operations, maintenance, monitoring, and evolution,
- Leading specific software development activities.
Profile Requirements:
- Effective communication skills and teamwork abilities
- Independent, proactive, and capable of synthesizing information
- Experience in customer interfaces, reporting, and Service Level Agreements management
- In-depth knowledge of EGNOS Services, SBAS systems architecture, and user algorithms
- Previous experience in software development activities
Job Requirements:
- Language: English (B2), Spanish (desirable)
- Willingness to travel regularly in Europe
- Experience in software development with at least two different technologies and/or object-oriented programming languages
- Engineering, Master degree, or equivalent qualification
