Overview:
IE University is looking for a Marketing Manager.

The Marketing Manager will be in charge of the marketing strategy and execution of the assigned programs portfolio and will have a strong focus in results through the whole conversion funnel, especially in lead generation.


The Marketing Manager will use first party data to better strategize, create, target and measure customized consumer experiences that drive loyalty, retention, and customer value.

This position requires great organizational skills and the ability to handle many projects simultaneously to meet deadlines. The Marketing Manager must work with many individuals across the company as well as with outside partners


Responsibilities:


Key Action Areas:


  • Definition and execution of the Marketing Plan for the assigned portfolio
  • Operate using an omnichannel approach to develop and execute acquisition, retention, and nurturing marketing campaigns.
  • Landing pages management.
  • Create, implement, and manage content across all marketing channels.
  • Social Media: Linkedin in mail, Linkedin Sponsor content, facebook, instagram
  • Brochures management.
  • Managing agencies.
  • Strong focus on tracking activity and results of campaigns, to determine their effectiveness and ROI.
  • Develop and report upon test and learn plans to foster iterative learning and proof points for the improvement of crossmarketing campaigns over time.
  • Work with a team and coordinate marketing actions with various internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Requirements:


  • A Master's Degree from a top University, with a focus on Marketing, Communications, or related fields is required.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Proven experience in a similar role as Marketing Manager, preferably in education.
  • Experience planning effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of digital tools: Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Power BI
  • Knowledge of Inbound Marketing (Hubspot ideally).
  • Strong focus in results.
  • Great coordination and organizational skills.
  • Work collaboratively and effectively as a team member.
  • Selfmotivated, highly inquisitive, confident, energetic, and creative.
