Your skills:
Minimum 3 years of demonstrable experience in a similar position
Ability to communicate in english (B2 or higher)
Experience in the resolution of technical incidents onsite and at the user location
Good communication skills, good presence and easy to deal with users
Experience in a corporate and/or multinational environment is valuable

Your Tasks:

As part of the on-site technical service, you will be responsible for user interventions.

Thanks to your technical background, you are familiar with the following items:

Laptops, desktops, tablets
Workstations, servers, network devices
Desktop and cell phones (Android and iOS)
Printers
IP addressing
Network devices
Active Directoy
VIP support
SCCM
Ticketing tools (Service Now)

With the help of a ticketing tool such as service now or ITtool, you can work on:

Remote system control
Software installation
Troubleshooting and fault resolution
Hardware maintenance (screen, motherboard, etc.)
Resetting computers and hard disks
Backup and restoration of user data, settings and related system administration activities
Wifi and software troubleshooting
