Their role is to understand customer conversion journeys in different international markets, then to find the best ways to connect with smokers and convince them to switch to reduced-risk products.

Purpose of the job

The Sr.

Team Lead of Training Deployment & will build and accelerate the capability and motivation of Commercial Teams, to conduct high standard consumer & customer engagements across all touchpoints & platforms and drive consumer centricity.

Main accountabilities

  • Deploy the training plan/initiatives across target audiences.
  • Design and deploy a quality monitoring process to ensure continuous improvement and feedback loop process.
  • Support deployment of global programs (DCE, NPS)
  • Drive engagement across all touchpoints & internal platforms in learning, knowledge & skills development
  • Oversee the efficient and effective delivery of capability building programs across target audiences.
  • Track & measure impact of training programs and monitor development of employees
  • Conduct trains the Trainer / Trainer certification sessions
What we are looking for

At least 5 years professional experience, which should include:

  • Previous proven experience on team management, with executives directly reporting. This requirement is a MUST
  • Field experience in FMCG environment. This requirement is a MUST
  • Successful management, planning and organization of projects
  • Ideally experience in organizational development and change management
  • Training delivery experience or comparable competence a very strong plus
  • Organisational, excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Commercial background, digital learning solutions.
  • Project management skills.
  • Specific knowhow for the development of training programmes.
