    Empresa promotora líder en España en producción y organización de espectáculos de gran formato, exposiciones nacionales e internacionales y conciertos de música precisa incorporar en sus oficinas centrales ubicadas en Barcelona a un/a:PRODUCTION MANAGEREn dependencia de Dirección de Operaciones, se responsabilizará de:Dimensionar costes, RRHH y planning temporal para llevar a cabo el proyecto.

    Coordinar el proceso de desarrollo de los proyectos (timing, calidad y costes)Valorar las distintas partidas definidas en el proyecto y proponer soluciones alternativas.

    Búsqueda y contratación de colaboradores en fase de proyecto.
    Enlace entre la fase de proyecto y la fase de operaciones.
    Presupuestar y controlar costes.
    Coordinar y comunicar los planos definitivos, las riders y los calendarios con todos los departamentos implicados en el proyecto.
    Preparación y coordinación de todos los elementos para las diferentes producciones. Control calidades y timing.
    Finalizar y comunicar todos los reportes y contabilidad con los departamentos adecuados.
    Cumplir los objetivos de costes, productividad, precisión y puntualidad.


    Se requiere:
    Mínimo de 4 años de experiencia en un puesto similar en producción de giras teatro y family shows.
    Conocimientos de producción general, con especial énfasis en audiovisuales e iluminación.
    Experiencia en el trabajo con equipos creativos en la fase de creación de proyectos.
    Nivel de inglés alto (C1)Se requiere profesional con excelentes aptitudes de planificación, organización y comunicación. Con capacidad para manejar múltiples proyectos y gestionar equipos de trabajo dentro de los plazos y el presupuesto
