Managed several weekly events with attendance ranging from 50 to 250 attendees as the Management Manager.
-Supported and addressed the day-to-day needs of the clientele during the events. -Adapted to frequent last-minute client requests and changes.

-Managed various teams including suppliers, AV technicians, staff, and clients. -Conducted staff training on registration, check-in, mic check, and cloakroom procedures. -Prepared final event reports and provided feedback for future functions.

Event Production Assistant

Producciones Grau-Peiró SL | February 2022 - Today

Managed and produced the Graduation events for the Universitat de Catalunya in Barcelona and Madrid, with a total of 4,000 attendees.
-Organized and executed the events in both cities, including production planning. -Recruited and trained staff for various roles such as hosts, check-in attendants, and cloakroom assistants.

-Coordinated with external suppliers such as photographers, videographers, AV technicians, catering services, and artists.
-Arranged logistics and hospitality for artists and the company team in Barcelona and Madrid.

-Concluded each event with a final report, conducted a thorough review, and provided strategic recommendations for process improvement in future events.

Stage Manager

MantraFest | June 2023

Managed the secondary stage of the festival and was responsible for overseeing the artists.
-Directed stage changes and ensured proper performance timing.
-Supervised and coordinated the sound check, including microphone, sound, and stage setup.

-Provided hospitality for the artists. -Organized and decorated the stage.
