    • Contact potential clients through Outbound strategies (proactive outreach, cold calls, emails, and partnerships)
    • Conduct prospecting calls and company analysis to identify Pain Points impacting cash flow management and forecasting
    • Become an expert in the AGICAP tool
    • Drive rapid growth in lead generation through outbound prospecting
    • Identify prospects' weaknesses
    • Articulate AGICAP's value proposition for SMEs
    • Manage the entire sales funnel
    • Close new deals
    • Act as AGICAP's eyes and ears in the Spanish market, providing valuable feedback to the Product, Sales, and Marketing teams. You will immerse yourself in our business, gaining insight into our sales approach and customer support. Your comprehensive onboarding (1 month) will integrate you fully into the Agicap tribe.
    What we're looking for:

    Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sales Development Representative and/or Business Development Native Spanish speaker with full professional proficiency in English Energetic, growth-oriented individual with a target-driven work ethic Resilient and commercially driven mindset Experience in SaaS solutions for SMEs is a plus Creative and consultative sales approach with advanced closing skills Competitive and goal-oriented 'hunter' mindset Strong organizational skills to manage large amounts of information efficiently Enthusiastic team player Bilingual in French is advantageous
