***: As an Account Manager in our GPU Cloud Services team, you will be instrumental in driving our business growth and maintaining our position as a leading provider in the market. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused approach.


Key Responsibilities:


Strategic Customer Outreach and Relationship Building:

  • Proactively identify and reach out to potential customers across various industries that could benefit from GPU cloud services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their unique needs and how our services can meet them.
  • Regularly engage with clients through various communication channels to ensure consistent and effective relationship management

Market Research and Business Development:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and business opportunities
  • Analyze the competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for aligned business strategies.

Sales Presentations and Negotiations:

  • Arrange and lead meetings with potential clients, effectively presenting our GPU cloud solutions and demonstrating their value.
  • Tailor presentations and proposals to address the specific needs and concerns of each client.
  • Negotiate contract terms and close deals, balancing client satisfaction with company profitability.

Cross-Functional Team Collaboration:

  • Liaise with internal teams for customer satisfaction and feedback incorporation.
  • Facilitate communication between clients and technical teams.
  • Contribute to product development with market insights.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to understand effectiveness of strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare detailed reports on account status
  • Manage client interactions using CRM software

Industry Networking and Representation:

  • Attend industry conferences, workshops, and networking events
  • Stay informed about industry developments and technological advancements in GPU cloud computing.
  • Represent the company in a professional manner, enhancing brand recognition and credibility.

Continuous Learning and Adaptation:

  • Keep abreast of new developments in cloud computing and the Nvidia ecosystem and GPU technology to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and training to enhance sales and technical skills.
  • Adapt strategies and approaches in response to dynamic market conditions and client feedback.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • 35 years of proven experience in the full sales life cycle, preferably within the enterprise ecosystem
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing and GPU technology.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain attention to detail.
  • Proficient in CRM software and MS Office.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
