Position Summary:

As a Scrum Product Owner, you are responsible for driving product development to increase user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.

You do this by working closely with globally distributed DevOps and Scrum teams to achieve business objectives and deliver value each sprint.

You need to be a great problem solver and team player, with a sound knowledge of Cloud technologies and a solid awareness of users.

As the "voice of the user", you collaborate with our Chief Product Officer and Product Development Manager to evolve product strategy and direction, and act as the bridge between company objectives and product development operations

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the voice of the customer and make sure they are the reason for everything you and the Scrum teams do.
Collaborate with the Chief Product Officer and the Product Development Manager to shape product direction from stakeholder feedback.
Prioritise features and improvements that drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
Analyse market trends and developments, user behaviours, and usability issues in order to prioritise upcoming work.
Establish product metrics (KPIs) and monitor them to understand the impact of features.
Create and validate product hypotheses based on metrics and datadriven decisions.
Liaise between stakeholders and Scrum teams to gather feedback, manage expectations, and ensure effective communication.
Internally promote and market sprint goals and outcomes, product increments, and upcoming releases to engage internal stakeholders in the feedback cycle

Qualifications and Skills:

Extensive experience as a Product Owner in a Scrum bythebook environment
Minimum CSPO certification or equivalent experience.
Strong knowledge of cloud storage services
Solid experience in creating and facilitating workshops for different levels of the organisation, most especially for uniting stakeholders and engineering teams around product development
A talent for thinking strategically while acting tactically to drive product direction towards company vision
A flair for uniting and motivating multiple groups around a single vision
A collaborative nature who enjoys working closely with key stakeholders, Scrum teams, and other departments to prioritise customer needs and value delivery
Strong enterprising spirit who is comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities, and has no issues with saying "no" when needed
Fluent English, with
excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences (e.g. engineers as well as nontechnical team members).
