SAP Global Technology Lead

Main tasks and responsibilities:

Oversee and guide Innovation agenda and Technology R&D
Examine and test the latest information technology changes, relevant to our business (e.g. but not limited to
BTP, Basis, Security, Fiori, ABAP, Lo-Code, No-Code Platforms, etc.)
Advise on technological focus and product development
Participate in presales activities if necessary
Do spot consulting
Work closely with other key stakeholders globally and participate in different initiative and projects
Lead, develop and grow technology team globally; ensure the wellbeing and professional fulfilment of the global team.
Support talent selection, recruitment and onboarding

Reporting Lines and people management:

This position reports to CEO

Your expertise:

Team leadership expertise of crossfunctional and international teams
Reputation as reliable expert in the local or global SAP market.
Minimum 10 years of industry/consulting experience of implementing SAP solutions
Good overview and strong handson skills with a broad SAP tech stack
Very good communication, presentation and ideally presales skills
Results and executionfocused, with a positive, "cando"attitude

General Requirements:

Bachelor and/or Master's degree
Fluent English and Spanish; other languages are a plus (.e.g German, French, Swedish, French, etc.)
Available to travel up if the role requires it
