Join Our Team as SAP Sales Account Manager in Spain


Are you an experienced
SAP Sales Account Manager with a proven track record of success in driving business growth and customer satisfaction? We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented professional to lead our SAP consulting sales efforts in Spain.


Responsibilities:

As the
SAP Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for three key areas:


  • Define Local Consulting Sales Strategy:
  • Collaborate closely with practices and the global executive board to define the local consulting sales strategy, focusing on revenue and headcount growth.

Business Development:


  • Develop a comprehensive Go-ToMarket Plan tailored to the local market dynamics and customer needs.
  • Ensure the longterm success of the consulting unit by driving market adoption and deployment of Westernacher services in the local market.
  • Generate leads, build a robust pipeline of opportunities, create compelling offers, and meet sales goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Customer Account Management:


  • Act as a senior expert and the local face to the market, key customers, and partners.
  • Expand market share in the region through various activities, including cooperation with SAP, participation in business presentations, trade fairs, customer workshops, negotiations, and networking.

What we are looking for:


  • Extensive industry/consulting experience selling SAP SCM (EWM, TM, IBP, YL) and/or S/4HANA (SD/MM, PP/QM) solutions.
  • Strong insight into market needs, requirements, and innovations with proven ability to implement and adopt sales methodologies and strategies.
  • Experience engaging with Clevel executives in large and small companies and effectively communicating, presenting, and influencing at all levels.
  • Skilled in overseeing the entire sales process, from initial planning to successful closure, with ability to articulate a value proposition and position value offerings against competitors.
  • Willingness to travel if the role requires it.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages are an asset.
