    Se busca Responsable de Marketing en el sector de los Nutracéuticos.

  • Definir, diseñar y llevar a cabo el plan de marketing de una empresa o entidad.
  • Determinar las líneas y estrategias de marketing para impulsar los diferentes productos o servicios.
  • Establecer y gestionar el presupuesto con el fin de optimizar la eficiencia de los recursos.
  • Analizar y evaluar los datos y resultados de diferentes campañas y acciones de marketing.
  • Coordinar y dirigir diferentes equipos de trabajo.
  • Controlar y supervisar diferentes planes o estrategias de marketing.
  • Analizar el mercado y la competencia.
  • Realizar los ajustes y modificaciones de planes y acciones de marketing.
  • Encargarse de la comunicación interna y externa del plan y estrategia de marketing.
  • Desarrollar y gestionar campañas publicitarias.
  • Organizar eventos.
  • Ser motor y apoyo en la estrategia de redes sociales y marketing de contenidos.
  • Supervisar y ser responsable de las tareas y funciones de los miembros del equipo.
  • Trabajar con proveedores externos necesarios para la consecución de los objetivos.
  • Participar en la elaboración de los objetivos mensuales, trimestrales y anuales junto con la Dirección de la empresa.


    • Requisitos:

    Requisitos:

  • Licenciatura en Marketing, ventas o comunicación.
  • Especialización en Marketing farmacéutico o del sector de los Nutracéuticos.
  • Se valorarán Másteres y Cursos de especialización.
  • Conocimientos complementarios de comunicación, copywriting, comunicación digital, marketing de contenidos y ventas.
  • Habilidades gestionando equipos y dirigiendo equipos multidisciplinares.
  • Gestión eficaz del tiempo y los recursos.
  • Carácter meticuloso y detallista.
  • Persona creativa e inspiradora.
  • Capacidad de establecer y gestionar presupuestos.
  • Habilidad para la comunicación escrita y oral.
  • Competencia para llevar a cabo un equipo estructurado y bajo presión.
  • Capacidad de tomar decisiones con base en objetivos.
  • Experiencia mínima en el sector de 5 años.
