5 Real Estate is Spain's fastest growing fixed-fee international estate agent. We sell houses for €999 +iva with no upfront costs and a full estate agency service.With 11 offices in the Costa Blanca and Murcia Region, and more on the way, we quickly becoming the go to agent in the region.
We require a Sales Executive to join are established and growing team in Torrevieja and Orihuela Costa.Tasks
- Work with buyers to help identify suitable properties matching their requirements
- Conducting property viewings with buyers and negotiating offers
- Ensure all client information is up to date and accurate in our CRM system
- Proactively market new properties to existing clients
- Understand the portfolio of properties that we have for sale
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Spanish. Other languages are advantageous.
- Previous sales experience, preferably in the real estate industry
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident and resultsoriented approach
- Professional and friendly attitude
