5 Real Estate are Spain's fastest growing fixed fee international estate agent. We sell houses for €999 +iva with no upfront costs and a full estate agency service.

With 11 offices in the Costa Blanca and Murcia Region, and more on the way, we are quickly becoming the go to agent in the region.

We require a Social Media and Marketing Executive to join are established and growing team in Orihuela Costa.

Tasks

  • Ensuring the social media channels in use have regular, high quality and creative content output
  • Managing queries and messages, replying to people and engaging with audiences
  • Bringing fresh new ideas for campaigns and general marketing activities
  • Working with different departments to assist with marketing projects
  • Analysing and report back on content, looking at key performance indicators and content types to make recommendations
  • Creating and posting blog posts and articles for the website and social channels
  • Understanding and maintaining the corporate brand in all marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Generating sales and property leads

Requirements:


  • A keen interest in Socia Media and Marketing activities
  • Prvious experience in a similar role
  • A creative mindset and results driven
  • Strong proofreading and copywriting abilities.
  • Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking abilities and problemsolving skills.
  • Enthusiastic and proactive work ethic.
  • Thorough attention to detail.
  • Commercial awareness.
  • Experience of using metrics for reporting and performance purposes.
