Job Description:

We are looking for IT Talent Attraction & Recruiter to support our team in Spain

As an experienced IT recruiter you will support our future growth by identifying high potential IT profile.

How would be your day to day?

Write and post technical job descriptions
Design and customize hiring stages based on each position's requirements
Craft job descriptions and interview question kits
Promote company's reputation as a great place to work
Follow the on boarding process with HR in Spain

Qualifications:

Experience required:
_**- Must have IT & technical recruitment experience

Good stakeholder management
Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
Handson experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
Experience with full stack ; developer, architect, DevOps, Agile, cloud and data's profiles.
Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
Spanish and English fluent speaker. French is a plus
