How to contribute to our vision

Big data:

extraction, quality assurance and aggregation of data coming from primary systems (o9, SAP, P6, SAP-BW, SAPP/OASIS) to support evaluations and to derive actions.

o9 tool:

support in the testing and quality assurance of the o9 tool, which will harmonize all SGRE COO PLA processes and data.


Reporting:
Define and develop KPIs and reports for planning processes in close collaboration with Process Managers and other stakeholders. Ensure sustainability and reliability of the results.

Maintenance:
Maintenance of KPIs/reports. Support in the maintenance of interim existing VBA/Excel-tools, reports and transferring them into Power BI

User support:
Creation of user documentation and training documents as part of the improvement projects. Provide final user trainings


  • Timeliness, quality and efficiency of support, analysis, reaction time in error correction, development time for fulfillment of new requirements, on time delivery of required reports.

Technical qualifications needed for the service:

  • o9 tool knowledge: User/Advanced
  • Power BI developer (desktop and service/cloud) : Advanced
  • Excel (+VBA) : Advanced
  • SAP (GEP, RBP, APO, SRP, HANA ) : User/Advanced
  • SharePoint user (advanced preferred) : User/Advanced
  • Databases (Access, SQL) : Advanced
