How to contribute to our vision


As our new Controller for Commodity Performance Controlling, you will work within the global Controlling team, which is responsible for all Business unit related matters regarding cost transparency on commodity, platform and regional level.


You will ensure a smooth, seamless, and timely monthly analytics, controlling, and reporting process; making action fields transparent and enable decision making within Procurement.

At the same time, you will support with effective communication to ensure successful transformation. It is important that you are able to build trusted business partner relationship with internal and external stakeholders.

Additionally, your tasks will include but not limited to:

  • Ensure coherence with superior Controlling standards, policies, and procedures, while you also adopt respective processes.
  • Working in close collaboration with the Stakeholders in Controlling Organization and Global Strategic Procurement Teams to timely generate the monthly closing & PVO & savings reporting and presenting to Management Team.
  • Ensure planning, monitoring, and reviews of your assigned commodities, and provide comments for Actual vs. Plan comparisons.
  • Monitor financial performance, provide KPI analyzes, and prepare and comment respective performance reporting and forecasts.
  • Supports accountable management in planning and calculating yearly budgets in scope.
  • Ensure proper cost controlling, and design and maintenance of underlying cost account systems with special focus on data structuring and advanced controlling and data analytic tools.
  • Design and build the future set up of data analytics and ensure a seamless setup between the commodity view and platform view.
  • Responsible for data quality and transparency with the help of KPIs.
What you need to make a difference

Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change.

  • You have a bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics and Management, Business Management Administration ,Industrial Engineering or similar.
  • Ideally, you have a minimum of 6 years of experience in controlling, consulting, procurement preferably from within the renewable energy sector.
  • You have experience working with the Office Package, SAP, Power BI.
  • You have excellent communication skills with a strong command of English, both written and spoken.
  • You are strategic, proactive, and analytic in your approach, and you know how to handle big data that will create the foundation for the rest of the organization.
  • You can convert targets into actions
