El departamento de HEADLAMPS DEVELOPMENT del área de I+D, necesita incorporar a una persona en su equipo como Lighting Projects . Sus tareas principales serán:
Desarrollar el proyecto de las piezas y componentes del ámbito del frontal iluminado del vehículo, cumpliendo con los requisitos y objetivos de las diferentes etapas del proyecto, y teniendo en cuenta las tecnologías a aplicar en cada modelo.
Elaborar pliegos de condiciones técnicos para el desarrollo e industrialización del proyecto, transmitiendo la información necesaria para la cotización del producto por parte de los posibles proveedores.
Elaborar propuestas de medidas de ahorro de pesos, costes de inversión y/o plazos.
Trabajar con equipos multi disciplinares y participar en reuniones de equipo con diferentes áreas de la empresa, bien como líder con capacidad de definir, planificar y asignar tareas a los otros miembros, o bien como integrante del mismo con capacidad de implementar las soluciones propuestas.
En caso necesario, o bien en caso de modificaciones, elaborar la prognosis o previsiones de variación de costes, inversiones y timing en los proyectos.
Asegurar que el producto cumplirá las pruebas y normas marcadas por la empresa y por la legislación vigente. Hacer un seguimiento de los test y la planificación de los mismos, así como de los informes de test.
Analizar vehículos de la competencia enfatizando en sus innovaciones y tendencias para su posible mejora aplicadas a nuestros productos.
Planificar y analizar simulaciones de funcionalidad, calidad, resistencia y seguridad referentes al producto.
Desarrollar conceptos de componentes que garanticen la innovación en el producto.
Supervisar, asegurar y dinamizar el cumplimiento de las distintas etapas del proyecto y desarrollar componentes, garantizando la transmisión de conocimientos entre proyecto experimentación y simulación.
Representar a la Dependencia en tanto en en cualquier foro de SEAT, como en cualquier otra marca del grupo VW.
El desarrollo del producto deberá considerar la compatibilidad con las centralitas electrónicas y la arquitectura del vehículo.
