Created in 2020, Clone (ex NSD) is a Food Tech start-up founded by Clément Benoit (serial entrepreneur, ex-Stuart) and Alexandre Haggai.

Our solution?
A ready-to-use concept allowing restaurant owners to boost and diversify their income.

The "light franchise" system consists in offering them the opportunity to operate the Clone virtual brands in their restaurants by taking advantage of the unused space in their kitchens.

Clone virtual brands are easy to perform and thought of for delivery, they encompass all dimensions:
branding, recipes, logistics, relationship with delivery platforms, marketing and communication strategy that creates buzz.

Mission:


  • What will be my purpose?_


As a Key Account Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager and her team, and will be in charge of making our partners' restaurants & brands successful.

This is a strategic role that will allow you to develop your analytical, commercial and operational skills.

By being at the heart of the customer relationship, you will:

  • Manage a portfolio of around 25 restaurants that you will be responsible for making successful on delivery platforms (excellence of operations, onboarding & training of partners, rating monitoring, stock management, performance reviews, etc.).
You will supercharge your learning by thinking like a director of a restaurant chain

  • Use your analytical skills to set up smart and datadriven revenue management & promotions strategies that will boost your portfolio performances. You will need to think like a hacker and crack the platform's algorithms to make our brands & menus extravisible
  • Ensure our partners are satisfied with our services and contribute to NSD's constant improvement & growth as a scaleup.

Requirements:


  • You have a Master's Degree from a top business school or university
  • You have 1 to 3year experience in marketing and/or consulting and/or food tech
  • You have the drive it requires to manage restaurants and help their owners be successful online
  • You love crunching data and always come up with ideas on how to take immediate action
  • You have a strong ability to work autonomously
  • You have the ability to work effectively with people at all levels and departments in an organization
  • You speak fluent Spanish and English

Nice to have

  • You have a previous experience as an Account manager or Customer Success Manager
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset
  • You are passionate about the foodtech industry
  • You have previous experience in hospitality, consumer goods or retail
  • You are a food lover
