On this occasion, we offer an indefinite contract of a Power Platform Technical Lead who will be part of Operational Excellence team, in the Strategic Transformation Office Department, leading the implementation of automatization processes with Power Platform tools and improving the capabilities of citizen developers across the company business units.

The Power Platform Technical Lead will work also with international Power Platform experts to improve the Power Platform community and capabilities in other countries.

What are the tasks that you'll perform?

As part of Power Platform Team Lead:

  • Define and understand the functional and business requirements to design the best solution.
  • Design, develop and define the best Low Code solutions to meet the requirements.
  • Generate and maintain the documentation associated to the Power Platform solutions.
  • Guarantee that the developed solutions meet the expectations in terms of compliance with requirements, valueadded functionality and expected quality.
  • Lead the team of internal and external Power Platform developers.
  • Training and supporting the Power Platform Citizen developers.

As part of Operational Excellence team:

  • Improve the existing governance processes working with the Architecture department.
  • Participate in decisionmaking to find the best Automatization tool to respond to requirements.
  • Help Nationale Nederlanden in its Digital Transformation process with the Power Platform.
What are we looking for?

  • Passion for the adoption, design and development of services and solutions for Modern Workplace, Teamwork and Business Apps with a focus on Microsoft's Power Platform.
  • Personal Traits: Resilience, selfreliance, systems thinking, learning agility, ability to keep up to date.
  • Excellent skills in communications and engaging and collaborating with stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Power Platform solutions and tools, SharePoint Online, and Azure services.
  • Knowledge of Power Platform Admin Center.
  • Design and development of Low Code solutions with the Power Platform:
  • Design and development of Power Apps canvas apps with different data sources (SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL Server).
  • Design and development of Power Apps Model Driven apps and Business Process Flows.
  • Design and develop of Power Automate workflows.
  • Design and develop of Custom Connectors.
- (Desired) Design and develop of bots using Power Virtual Agents.

  • Knowledge of Dataverse, including creation of tables, security roles, and Data Flows.
  • Experience with Power Platform CoE, DLPs, and using Managed Environments.
  • Knowledge of agile methodology, in particular SCRUM and KANBAN.
  • Microsoft certifications: PL100 and PL200. Desired PL400 and PL600.
