On this occasion, we offer an permanent vacancy of Digital Lead Manager in the Performance Marketing area.

We provide you with the following information:
What is the purpose/mission of the position?

This position will helps, into the Performance Marketing department, to improve the conversion of the leads generated.

Will helps the team to understand which sources of generation are the best and will work with the sales team to improve the Conversion Rates looking the main KPIs and monitorising them (time of answer, time of sales process, opportunities and sales ).

This position will helps the team to understand how to improve the conversion of the leads but will be so connected with the generation part of the team to create the better strategy of performance

What are the tasks that you'll perform?- Improve the conversion rate of the leads generated by the Performance team to achieve more results from the leads.- Managing the Salesforce tool to sent and optimize the leads into the different sales teams (agents, call center, ecommerce )- Analysis and optimization of the main KPIs to enrich the team with the knowledge of witch source gives the better results.

What are we looking for?- University Degree in Marketing, Advertising or Business Adminsitration- +5 years in Marketing departments and at least 3 years in similar responsabilities.- Fluent English language skills - speaking and writing- Certification in Salesforce or Hubspot, or any other CRM or lead management platform.

- Proficient in using MS Office
