Mission:
Given our increased focus on Risk Management, the administration employee will support Insurance on a day-to-day basis
In this role the Junior administrative, will fully assist the Risk Management Global senior Director and all the properties portfolio (EMEA&APAC) ensuring their day-to-day requests based on ONLINE/OFFLINE, Insurance Certificates; claims, Arbitratios, Insurance invoicing, reinvoicing, summaries, etc
2. Key roles and responsibilities**:
1.
Assist Risk Management senior director in a day-to-day basis with any issues that may arise.
2.
Follow up on queries about insurance, claims, and coverages of the properties.
3.
Update insurance; claims and premium summaries each renewal
4.
5.
Follow up of the claims with the hotel and the broker,

Competencies & skills requirements:
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
- Strong problemsolving capabilities
- Ability to manage different tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive, flexible, and solutionoriented approach
- Excellent ability to work collaboratively across functions and cultures in a global environment
- Solid MS Office knowledge, especially PowerPoint
- Good communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- Personal integrity, with the initiative and the ability to work as part of a team in an environment that demands excellence, time and energy
- Handson attitude and passion for the Hospitality industry
