About The Job


Finance Transformation Function at Radisson Hotel Group, is a trusted business partner working closely with the finance and technical teams to drive process and system improvements that will enable the finance organization to scale and improve in terms of efficiency, accuracy and compliance.

Also, Finance transformation team will assess finance impact of Company processes, not only those specific to Finance function, but mainly those impacting Operations at hotels or other Central Services Functions in the Group, becoming global key point of contact within Radisson for the specific area of expertise (Accounting General Ledger, Treasury, procure to pay or Order to Cash processes), with special and close contact with Business Area key users.


Each of the area of expertise and corresponding subprocess activities are placed under a Global Process Lead, reporting to the VP Finance Transformation, whose role is to drive Global process model design, updates, continuous improvements and to bring next generation of innovation to the end-to-end operations.

The Global Model mainly comprises policies, processes, technology landscape, RACI, business rules and KPI's.


As part of the continuous organization transformation, we are currently looking for an experienced Procure to Pay (P2P) Process Lead to join our Finance Transformation organization.

He/she will be responsible for leading the P2P global processes in the group, ensuring efficient and effective process design, management of deviations and alignment within the other members of the Finance Governance team & relevant neighboring functions.

The P2P Process Lead, manages and leads processes related to following areas:

  • Vendor Master Data Management
  • Vendor Electronic Invoicing adoption plan
  • End to End Account Payable process
He/she is the gatekeeper for his/her own domain, working closely together with the other Global Process Leads. He/she is a key member of the P2P governance and define and monitor KPIs glide path to excellence.


A key aspect of the position is the continuous search for simplification, through process automation and standardization, leveraging state-of-the art technologies and innovation (SaaS solutions, AI, BPM, Process Mining).


He/she has a key role in:

  • enhancing and/or developing, implementing, and enforcing policies and procedures for hotels and/or Central services Admin units end users (including alignment with P2P activities outsourced with our External Share Service Center) that will improve operation and effectiveness and where finance assessment is required
- building up training materials (end user manuals) to be used by Radisson organization or external Share Service Center and prepare and conduct the training needed. This includes split of responsibilities for each area and the detailed Local Working Instructions to be used by the Share Service Center user, ensuring consistent adoption of optimized processes, implemented across all countries and regions
- supporting global P2P model implementation and change management, notably in bundling activities in regional center of excellence hubs and or finance retained function in the areas.
- overseeing the process performance across the different geographies and providing input into how it can be further improved
- continuously improving process efficiency, promoting best practices and performance mindset, fostering user experience and enhancing compliance
- rolling out best practices across Radisson's admin units to reduce overhead and burden administrative work due to inefficiencies
- translating finance requirements of the Company to the IT Solutions to be implemented, with special focus on securing that development to be done on systems fulfills any global or local legal/finance GAAP rules requested by the Areas, including Request for Change if needed to be present to IT, supporting automation of the daily activities by leveraging on new digital technologies
- delivering global projects in his/her functional area, aiming at improving the efficiency and effectiveness of processes
- overseeing the portfolio of continuous improvement initiatives managed in the different regions & global delivery centers
- in building a strong and efficient relationship and communication with all process stakeholders.


In this role, P2P process lead will perform following key activities:

  • Own P2P processes: design, maintain, streamline and improve robust processes (process, management rules, RACI, roles & responsibilities, organization, internal control and solutions)
  • Define, optimize and streamline robust P2P processes, KPIs & provide requirements for process metrics & data sources
  • Review/ Approve/ Reject any exceptions to the global P2P process with the regions
  • Ensure processes levels are fully documented and business rules & detailed standard operations are documented where it is meaningful to do so
